The bakery and the Ideal market are just a few steps away. The beach is 5 minutes away and the restaurants are also just a few minutes away on foot. The harbor can be reached either via the Rennweide or through the forest in a few minutes. The DanGastQuellbad is only 400 m away. The apartment: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached via a self-supporting staircase. The living room is furnished with a round sofa and a table and 2 armchairs. There is also a satellite flat-screen TV, DVD player as well as games and books for entertainment. The bedroom has a double bed (dimensions: 180 x 200 cm) with 2 single mattresses, anti-allergic duvets and pillows. A 4-door linen cabinet offers plenty of storage space for your clothes. A cot can also be provided here if necessary, a fall protection and a high chair are also available. With access to the balcony, you have the sun on your side in the morning. In the cozy alcove bedroom, an alcove bed (100 x 200 cm) and a large cabinet with sliding doors are installed under the sloping roof. For the fourth sleeping option, there is another bed opposite the alcove bed. A sink with mirror cabinet allows for a little "cat wash" in this room. In the kitchen is a fitted kitchen with stove, hood, fridge and dishwasher. Small appliances of course also include a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The dishes and cutlery are generously laid out so that the dishwasher is also full. From the kitchen you go directly to the balcony. The large table can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. A high chair can be placed on the front side if required. With access to the balcony, you can enjoy breakfast in nature overlooking the gardens in the morning. The daylight bathroom is modernly designed with a walk-in shower entrance. The shower has a size of 90 × 160 cm. In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine, dryer, toilet and washbasin with drawer cabinet. A small oasis of well-being has now been created here. The large balcony invites you to have breakfast and linger. It is equipped with 4 chairs and a table. General information: All rooms have insect screens and external shutters. The two skylights (1 in the kitchen, 1 in the living room) are equipped with light-proof roller blinds. Wi-Fi can be used via our guest access. In the large courtyard you have your own car parking space, and your apartment can be reached via a separate entrance.
