Only 5 minutes driving time to Belconnen Westfield shopping mall, with excellent travel links to Canberra’s most famous attractions. There is also the nearby suburban Hawker shopping centre with a Woolworth Service station, restaurants and bakery. The space The entire place was knock down and rebuilt, construction completed on Dec 2023. Central cooling/heat system with separate control for the house area. All 4 rooms with a queen size bed, linens and towels will be provided. Toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash available in both the 2 bathrooms. The Kitchen is fully facility for cooking basic meals with modern and brand new appliances. Guest access Check-in instructions will be provided on the day your arrival. Other things to note Please note pet fee $100. Please notice there are a few stairs in the house!!! Im just a call/msg away so feel free to reach out. ‼️ Due to safety considerations, we do not provide electric blankets (to prevent electric shock) or milk (to prevent lactose intolerance and stomachaches). Canberra winters are very cold, and the property provides air conditioning. Guests should bring other personal items themselves.
