The 73 sqm apartment called "MomenteSammler", with a spacious south-facing balcony, which invites you to linger and soak up the sun, is located in a newly built farmhouse. With a brand new kitchen, 2 separate rooms, a modern large bathroom with walk-in shower and additional bathtub, as well as a spacious entrance area, this apartment awaits fun-loving guests with an extraordinary design and furnishing concept in a modern, warm country house style. The beautiful Chiemsee is just 5 minutes away! That's why many small "good luck moments" await you in your MY STAY apartment: With your first cup of hand-filtered pour-over coffee, you start the day with a view of the mountains. During one of the numerous sports and leisure activities in the area, you shake off the stress and worries of everyday life and then have the opportunity to devote yourself specifically to your partner and/or family. In addition, our accommodation offers games, books and exercises for all ages, for example on the subject of mindfulness, personality development or communication. For a stay with children, there are also toys, but also useful items such as a travel or extra bed and a high table. In the evening, you can make yourself comfortable in our king-size bed in the bedroom with hotel-quality mattresses and toppers. Two more people can sleep comfortably on the Sits queen-size bed, which you can easily transform from a designer couch into a full bed with its own slatted frame and high-quality mattress in the living room with just two handles. The coffee is produced and roasted regionally in a small family business. Farm tours take place once a week, always on Fridays at 2 pm with advance notice.
