The space Located on 10 acres in carabooda which is only 15 min to the beautiful Mindarie marina, you will be surrounded by market gardens and our manicured gardens and native bushland which is home to native kangaroos. Wander the paddocks or just relax around the pool or at the bar in the huge games room which has a huge tv screen, pool table and a huge comfy couch. Guest access Guests have private use of 2 bedrooms , bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchenette and the out door areas including bbq area, fire pit, pool, patio and games room. Your hosts are on site to provide bar and meal service but do not have access to the internal rented space, your privacy is respected and we only cater for one group on the premises at any 1 time , ensuring your privacy.
