Experience Alaska with a visit to outdoor rock pool at Chena hot springs, just an hour away. Note: dry cabin with an Alaskan Outhouse. Get a feel for real cabin living in Alaska! The space includes a queen bed, additional camp cot if requested, and basic kitchen. This cabin is dry (no running water) and has NO bathroom. Instead a beautiful Alaskan OUTHOUSE and an outdoor shower in the summertime. Hot tub is operational year round. We enjoy backcountry aviation so from time to time you may see a bush plane or Paraglider depending our private air strip. Our family home is just on the other side of the property. We keep mostly to ourselves, but we are happy to say hello and share our favorite Alaskan adventures and or recommendations. During the winter months that is recommended to have four-wheel-drive to get around the Fairbanks area. The Cabin driveway is well-maintained and plowed clear of snow.
