The Private Dock and Boat Lift offer direct access to the canal, perfect for water enthusiasts. After a day of fun in the sun, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower. The Middle Level is designed for entertainment and relaxation. The King Master Bedroom with a private bathroom provides an oasis of tranquility while two more bedrooms on this level offer plenty of room for everyone and include one with a Double Bed and another with a Bunk Bed (Double over Double). The Outer Banks is a remote location with natural surroundings. Therefore, some pests, including Palmetto Bugs and midges, are common to the area and may be found inside homes.
