The Observatory is a 3 bed room brick house that is 90% made of repurposed material. Nestled among tea plantations, The house is a perfect blend of old world charm and modern amenities. The house is full of colonial furniture and features private spaces spaces to soak in the peace. Surrounded by nature all around, it is everything you deserve - Observe. Note - the property also levies an additional refundable Security deposit of INR 25,000/- per stay. The space The house features 3 bedrooms. One on the ground floor and two on the first floor. There are common areas on both floors. Guest access You may use the whole house. Only the store room is closed to guests. Other things to note Meal plan: Our tariff includes breakfast. For your other meals you pay a flat cooking fee of INR 1000/- per meal and INR 500/- for snack. You pay your food supplies bills at actuals. Security Deposit: Since the house in enirely made up of irreplaceable antiques - we levy a refundable security deposit of INR 25,000/- payable separately on the day of your arrival and will be returned after house inspection on the day of your check out.
