If you are lucky you will spot some dolphins and stingrays in morning hours from the balcony. Guest access You’ll have full, private access to the condo and all shared resort amenities, except the locked owner’s closet. Any attempt to force entry or damage the lock will result in a fine. Other things to note We are centrally located near Publix, Walmart, and Edgewater shopping plaza, our retreat is just a short distance from the county pier. Enjoy the convenience of shopping and the excitement of fireworks displays on the 4th of July and New Year's Eve, right from the pier. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. As per association rules the entire building maintains a non-smoking and no-pet policy.
