Our professional team includes concierge, butler, kitchen, and housekeeping services, ensuring that our guests receive top-notch care during their stay. Our concierge is available before arrival to assist with any needs, from planning menus to coordinating exciting activities and unforgettable experiences. Villa Jade has 12,916 square feet of indoor and outdoor areas with various amenities. This villa has seven rooms, each with a bathroom, air conditioning, seating area, desk, and smart TV. There are also multiple dining areas, a spacious living room, and a raised ceiling with a dining table for 14 people. The villa offers free wireless internet access, a Sonos surround sound system, and a two-car covered garage. Safe deposit boxes are available to ensure the safety of your belongings, and there is even a Wi-Fi printer for your convenience. There is also a bar, charcoal grill, pool, and garden for guests to relax and enjoy. The TV room has an 80" smart TV screen, with satellite TV options available. The villa also offers wireless WIFI with 500 megabytes of data throughout. Finally, the villa is located in a gated community with 24-hour surveillance to ensure the safety and security of our guests. Our property is conveniently located a short distance from the Hotel Las Brisas. This allows our guests to enjoy their amenities, such as the gym, spa, or tennis courts, for a fee. Guest access VILLA JADE is available for rent starting from 4 rooms, which can accommodate up to 8 people, up to its maximum capacity of 18 people. Regardless of the number of rooms rented, the villa will be exclusively reserved for the guest. Any unrented rooms will be kept closed. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: -The primary Guest must be over 25 years old. -The published rates are for a maximum of 16 guests; the cost per additional guest is USD 45 per night. No more than 18 guests are allowed in the villa. - If additional guests join those already registered, it must be requested to the Administration before arrival. - Babies from 0 to 2 years old do not pay; a maximum of two babies per stay. - Children over two years old are considered guests. - Only the number of registered guests listed on the rental agreement may reside on the premises during the Rental Period. - Food, drinks, and service tips are NOT included in the price. - Parties of any kind are not allowed without prior authorization. - No pets allowed - Smoking is only allowed in outdoor spaces.
