For the summer, you will enjoy a beautiful swimming pool of 72 m² (6 X 12 meters) and a large garden for your lazy afternoons and barbecue dinners. The space The house sits in a multi-hectare estate with forests, lake and jogging trail. The nearby village has a grocery store and all shops are a 15-minute drive away. The house was built in 2009 and completely renovated in 2021: you will find all modern comforts in summer and winter, with air conditioning and heat pump. The decoration, sober and quality, gives a contemporary charm to this new house. On the ground floor, a beautiful and large living room opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool. - Fully equipped kitchen for 8 people, dining room and living room with full HD smart TV and Bluetooth Hi-Fi system. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate its jogging route and lovers of gentler walks will appreciate its lake and its streets with little traffic. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of an upstairs room and the garage (the owner's personal storage places). Other things to note For your comfort, consumables are available on arrival: coffee, toilet paper, shower gel.... However, the quantities provided are not supposed to be enough for your stay, so you will have to replace what you consume. Info Charging station for electric vehicles (for a fee): A charging station is available in the garage. Cable will be made available upon request only. Cable will be available for the duration of your stay. A flat rate of €20 per day will be required, payable on arrival in cash or by cheque.
