Beautiful, recently renovated vacation home in the middle of a beautifully landscaped 1000 m² garden in a panoramic position on the outskirts. It is located in the beautiful Frankenhöhe Nature Park, in the Neustadt a.d. district. Aisch/Bad Windsheim. The 58 m² house includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 open living room with dining area and a new fully equipped kitchen. There are several fruit trees on the large property, which you can use seasonally. The space In the kitchen you will find the following new appliances: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle, various coffee machines. In the living room there is a rustic tiled stove, a smart TV and a large sofa, which can be expanded into a sleeping place for children. It is not a pull-out sofa bed, but a small living area with an upholstered stool. You can see this additional sleeping option in 2 photos. In our bright and comfortably furnished bedroom with a double bed and dressing table, you can start the day with a great view of the 1000 square meter garden. The modern bathroom with rain shower has a daylight window, a solid wood vanity and a large illuminated mirror. The overall furnishings are of high quality and have been carefully selected so that you can have a relaxing holiday. Guest access You arrive at your vacation home through a separate driveway that can be closed by a gate. If you have your bike with you, a lockable bike garage with an electric bike charging station is available. Other things to note The nearest supermarket with baker and butcher is 2 km away and is therefore accessible by bike in just a few minutes. Your host family lives nearby and will of course be there to help and advise you to make your vacation something very special. The Ella vacation home is suitable for vacations year-round.
