The condo is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. You will have access to the community pool, jacuzzi and gym from sunup to sundown with the FOB hanging by the entry door. Other things to note Authorized Dogs (up to two) allowed. The unit is on a third story (two flights of stairs) and the building does not have an elevator. The clubhouse area (including the pool and gym) is open from sun-up to sun-down. We have a Keurig one cup coffee maker. The thermostat has a lower limit of 68 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.
