Our property is located near Tankbund, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana. Property is perfect place for Families and tourists. We have FREE high-speed WiFi and a android TV. it has 1 A/C bedroom , 1 bathroom,1 hall, Utility area and kitchen. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place and nearest tourists attractions are Tank band, Birla Mandir, Lumbini Park, Telangana Secretariat, NTR Gardens, Buddha Statue, Snow World , Necklace Road and many more.. The space The Property is located on the 6th floor of the building and guest must be climb one floor staircase beacuse lift is available till 5th floor. We also have sufficient small car parking space inside. LIVING & DINING House has a good living and dining area for you to spend your time as a family. There is a smart TV with a Dish TV subscription for all your entertainment needs along with a high speed reliable FREE WiFi connection (100 Mbps). We understand the importance of a good internet connection. BEDROOMS There is one spacious bedroom in the apartment and have a King BED (with bedding and linen) with air conditioner. BATHROOMS Bathrooms have showers and western style commodes. All the bathrooms have running water throughout the day along with geysers for hot water. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully functional and comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, water purifier, hot water kettle, pressure cooker, cooking utensils, and cutlery and crockery. Essentially everything you need to prepare and serve yourselves a great meal. UTILITY A clothes drying stand which can be used by the guests. All in all, it is a fully furnished and fully functional apartment where you can relax and have a great time! Guest access Guests have the privacy of the 1bhk which are shown in the pictures and You will be able to access all parts of the apartment i.e. the living and dining areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, and kitchen. You will also have access to the common areas in the apartment building. Guests are free to make their own food, take-away from nearby restaurants. Other things to note When you check in and take keys of the Flat, you take responsibility just as your own home. Host bears no responsibility for any loss to guests belongings or for failure in their duty of care. Guest must be climb 1 floor steps. Housekeeping during your stay is Guest responsibility. To assist guests, we have a part-time maid who comes in to clean while the housekeeper could assist with making the bed. Both should be supervised. No parties allowed at the property. In the event of power disruption, the House is equipped with 2000va Inverter but this powers only some fans and lights but not heavy power consumption items like Air Conditioners or Fridge.
