The space Welcome to "The-Horizon" by Hotelise, a charming retreat nestled just outside the central area in the vibrant Komitas neighborhood. This location offers convenient connections to the city center, allowing you to enjoy both the tranquility of a quieter neighborhood and the buzz of central Yerevan. Building: Situated on the 7th floor of a well-maintained building, which may not be new, but it is steeped in the quiet charm typical of Yerevan's residential areas. The building is equipped with a lift and well-kept communal areas, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. From this height, the apartment boasts spectacular views of the city. Living Room: The living room features a cozy sofa and TV zone, complete with a smart HD TV and complimentary Netflix, ensuring entertainment is always at your fingertips. The open-plan kitchen is fully stocked and includes a large fridge, oven, stove, extractor, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. Bedroom: Retreat to the bedroom where a king-size bed awaits, accompanied by a full-size mirror. Large windows frame great views and flood the room with light, creating a serene and airy atmosphere. Bedside tables and reading lamps add to the room’s comfort and convenience. Bathroom: The bathroom is fresh and modern, adorned with new tiles and equipped with a good pressure shower and a towel rail. Balcony: Step out onto the balcony for a truly breathtaking experience. It's the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffees or evening wines, with views that stretch to the horizon of Yerevan. "The-Horizon" is more than just an apartment; it's a haven where the beauty of Yerevan meets the comfort and standards of Hotelise, offering a unique and memorable stay. Other things to note 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
