3 bedroom, modern detached house with garage and garden. Only a short walk to Chelmsford City centre, station (31 minutes to Kings Cross) and 4 large supermarkets. Lidl supermarket across the road. Chelmsford is a thriving city at the centre of Essex with ever increasing shops, cafes and restaurants and 12 car parks surrounding Parkway. Chelmsford was awarded the best city in the SE. The house is ideally situated for the city centre and local amenities. The space The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a single bed in the third bedroom. It is well designed and brick built and has own parking space in front of the brick garage, and lots of street parking on a quiet road. The house is well insulated with double glazing and gas central heating and very warm. There is a nice rear garden with 6 foot high wall for privacy and a covered veranda (switch for outside lights on post) a table and 4 chairs is provided for outside dining. There is a sunroom which is insulated and heated and has a desk, kids toys and games. If you should arrive and the heating is turned down simply turn up the lounge thermostat to 20C and the boiler will fire up. No need to alter the time clock and hot water is on all the time. Please let the humidity out if you have a shower to stop the mould by leaving the shower room door open and opening the window and turning on the fan. In the kitchen if cooking please use the cooker fan. The cosy lounge has a 3-seater settee, 3 Ikea adult chairs. Plus 2 Ikea children's chairs and a kids table and chairs in the sunroom. There is a coffee table (with House Manual) and a 50 inch new Samson smart TV with Sky Ultimate (Nature, documentaries, discovery and all the Sky News channels) and NETFLIX. Vodaphone superfast broadband covers the entire house. There is a downstairs toilet with wash basin. The house has been deep cleaned from top to bottom by a commercial cleaning company. The kitchen has a table and 4 chairs (additional chair available) and is well equipped with gas cooker, a tall fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster and the usual place settings and utensils. The master bedroom has a built in wardrobe, 2 bed side tables with an En-Suite and shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe, case stand and bed side tables. The third bedroom has a single bed, clothes rack and bed side table. The single bed mattresses are new, and the double has only been slept on 3 times. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower. A High Chair and Travel Cot are provided. A fan is provided in each room. Access to the house is via the side gate to the back door where there is a key safe (codes will be provided). Please take off your shoes to keep the carpets clean especially when it is wet. A house manual is provided. Sorry, no smoking or pets. The cleaning fee includes 3 hours of cleaning, and replacement of all bedding and towels. Everything is provided except food and there is a Lidl supermarket across the road and a Tesco Superstore up the road.
