Welcome to our beautiful Villa in Matoury, a peaceful oasis for your stay. This spacious and bright house offers all the comforts necessary for an unforgettable vacation with family or friends. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. You can fully enjoy your vacation with the swimming pool and relax with a good meal on the terrace. Parties forbidden, the neighborhood is close. Our accommodation is not a hotel but a house designed to offer you a great experience: - Beautiful single-storey house near Cayenne - Fully equipped and accommodated to accommodate up to 9 adults and children. - Bed & Bath Linen provided. - Remarkable outdoor spaces: terrace, garden, pool... The accommodation, in more detail: You'll love our place because of its location, decor, and character. To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal: A pleasant living room with remarkable volumes with its sofa facing the outside. A beautiful open kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, stove, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee makers and kettle. 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: - The master suite with queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and its en-suite bathroom with bathtub, sink & toilet. - Two bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and closet. 1 non-air-conditioned bedroom with fan: - Composed of three single beds (90 x 190 cm) A second bathroom & separate toilet. An entertainment room with a pool table to challenge you and have fun with your family. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Outside: - A beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and pool. - A beautiful garden for the kids to have fun :) Enjoy the charm of this remarkable family home in Matoury. We don't accept pets or parties. We have a very good relationship with our neighbors and want our guests to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Guest access This house is a family home. We hope you feel good about it too. The house is occupied only by you for the duration of your stay. To help you get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with hygiene essentials to start your stay (toilet paper, dishwashing liquid...) and some basic items in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, coffee...) Other things to note We are available for our Guests every day, from 10am to 7pm (we are not reachable between 7pm and 10am, because we too, we like to rest a little). We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we sometimes do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn:) To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. In particular, we will ask you for your identity documents, the signing of the rental agreement (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Agreement) and the security deposit imprint by bank card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab). This step is necessary, otherwise you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you:)
