Previously used as a space for healing and meditation, the acoustics are serene, healing & peaceful. Spacious Layout… The top floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has an ensuite. The bottom floor has a 3rd bathroom, a double bed, and a sofa bed. Comfortable Sleep... • At Parea Living, our guests sleep better than anywhere else. You’ll have the choice of 2 big bedrooms. One of which has an ensuite bathroom. The Third “bedroom” is a section of the living area to accommodate larger families/groups. Centrally Located... • You’ll be tucked away on a quiet street called Birchfield Street, a mere two minute walk to Westferry station. So you’ll be hidden away from the ‘hustle and bustle’ but well connected to Central London and within walking distance of Canary Wharf. Parking... • Parking? Yes, parking! In London, we know! Communal Meals.... • You will have access to the fully equipped kitchen in the spacious dining area to prepare lovely, delicious breakfasts or tasty communal meals for your friends and family.. TV/Internet. • If you fancy some TV, you can unwind with the latest shows and movies on the TV, which has a Chromecast to connect any app to the TV, along with high-speed WiFi that’ll keep you connected throughout your stay Relaxation • When you step inside, you’ll feel the serene energy in the flat, maintained by the high ceilings and spacious rooms used for meditation practices... All your check-in details will be sent one day before you arrive Other things to note Parea Living are committed to ensuring you have a happy stay with us. House Rules & Policies: - Strictly NO parties allowed - Cancellation: Bookings are refundable up to 14 days before arrival. - Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age. - Smoking - Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Parea Living homes. - We do not permit the use of Air Fryers or Portable Heaters - If you have unauthorised guests staying in the property you will be charged. - Towels - Bath + Hand towels are provided x1 per person along with a complimentary Shower Gel + Shampoo in each bathroom. - Extra linen / towels are available for a small fee upon request. - We offer only Netflix and apps, not cable TV :)
