Grilling is NOT allowed on grass or porch. Grill & utensils are expected to be cleaned by guests. Supplies are in white container in backyard. Grill ashes should be placed in tin can. Place all cleaning supplies back in white container. Charcoal will be supplied as per request only. ****April is our TORNADO season for SAFETY***GAZEBO Availability May 1st till November 31st. Genesis has just added a FIRE PIT in backyard which is Seasonal November 1st till March 31st. Fire wood is supplied & already set up for use.(Please read SAFETY Instructions) 1)For your safety, avoid using fire pit when windy. 2)Always have an adult present if children are around the fire. They are your Responsibility. 3)Never leave fire unattended. Keep a fire extinguisher (supplied) & a bucket of water nearby. 4)Please DO NOT use flammable liquids such as gasoline or lighter fluids to start or revive fire. 5)Do Not start a fire with loose clothing or long sleeves. 6)Do NOT place garbage or waste in the fire pit because it releases toxic fumes. 7)Fire pit remains on concrete. 8)Chair must be 3/4 feet away from fire pit. 9)Poker tool is used only to shift firewood. 10) Fire pit is always repaired with essentials. 11)Place black nylon cover where the wood is located in the house. 12)Ignite firewood with a large lighter or matches. 13)DO NOT dump ashes in trash bins 14) When done using fire pit.Take use ashes & dirt in the small silver can next to the steps.Use only one scoop with a little water to smother the embers.
