We are located in the heart of the historic center. Close to the Tomebamba River and the cathedral. The house has a capacity of up to 21 people, hot water, wifi internet, kitchen area and smart TV. The parking lot can accommodate 3 small vehicles (compact without a cab) or 2 average SUV vehicles The space 3-story house. Ground floor has the parking area (space for up to 2 average SUV vehicles), patio/dining room, kitchen area, living room with TV. Second floor, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Third floor, 1 bedroom.
