The Club and Trout Villa is a three level, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit situated on the Clarens Golf & Leisure Estate and has wonderful views of both the village as well as the distant Maluti mountain range. The three level home has 2 en suite bedrooms. The main bedroom, on the upper level, has a queen size bed and the en-suite bathroom has both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom is on the entrance level and has twin beds. This bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. The open plan living area is situated on the ground floor and has sliders to a large patio fitted with a wood/charcoal braai. There is underfloor heating fitted throughout the entire house. The kitchen is fully equipped (cutlery, cockery, pots & pans) with under counter oven/ hob, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble drier and has granite counters. The lounge has a smart TV with DSTV Compact. THE FIREPLACE USES GAS WHICH CAN BE ARRANGED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST DURING COLDER MONTHS (May - August) There is a six seater dining area for relaxed holiday meals. The patio also has a table and chairs for the summer months when meals can be enjoyed outside. Free WIFI Linen, towels, toilet paper and basic cleaning materials are provided. Unfortunately no consumables (tea, coffee, salt, pepper etc) provided. Unfortunately no carport – sidewalk parking. GAS FOR THE FIREPLACE CAN BE PRE-ORDERED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST - CAN BE ADDED TO AIRBNB FOR PAYMENT AFTER THE BOOKING HAS BEEN ACCEPTED Unfortunately the unit does not have solar back-up during loadshedding, but there is a gas cooker with kettle and emergency lights Housekeeping service is provided at no extra cost, Mondays – Saturdays (excludes Christmas Day and New Years Day) and consists of making up beds, washing dishes, sweeping the floor and cleaning of bathrooms. Towels are provided but not replaced daily.
