We are located in Castleton (Far North Indy) very close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, & all the highways in Indy. Ruoff Music Center-12 min, downtown-20 min, Convention center-25 min, Grand Park-25 min, Airport-35 min. Apt has its own separate entrance w/keyless lock. Our place is good for couples/solo/business travelers/families w/small kids. We DO NOT rent to locals. This is one awesome apt! Provided is Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, tall mini refrigerator, toaster, 1 skillet induction hot plate & condiments. Selection of organic teas, hot chocolate, bottled water, coffee, oatmeal packets, snacks. Living room has a 55 in TV. Kitchen area has table/2 chairs, games, & more amenities than a hotel would offer. You will have your own entrance with a keypad. I will send you a code the DAY OF ARRIVAL. Parking is on the street NOT IN OUR GRASS, w/one car allowed. If there’s an add'l car, please pull it around corner & walk back to apt. We may or may not be available as we travel a lot, but I am certainly a phone call/text away for recommendations around town or any issues. Great safe neighborhood with lush trees. We have a play area in the neighborhood, which is just a short walk down the street. We also have a large back yard w/a deck & a pergola you can enjoy your morning coffee on or enjoy your laptop. Indianapolis offers Uber, Lyft, taxis & bus routes that are all very near. We live upstairs, & have another Air Bnb private Suite upstairs as well. We DO NOT allow pets. All guests must park on the street, NOT IN OUR GRASS. You’ll be asked to move your car, & don’t block neighbor’s mailbox. Please treat this as you would your own home & clean up after yourself. Please do NOT flush feminine products or an overabundance of toilet paper down toilet, you know what that causes :) the extra fee charge added is after the 3rd guest. If you need add’l space for friends/family & planning a trip to Indy, please let me know & I can maybe coordinate our private suite that is on the same property that sleeps two. We do NOT rent to locals.
