Cozy beachfront house, ideal for families

This house will be ideal for your holiday for families or groups of friends. Rated "Meublé de tourisme" 3 stars since 06/15/2024. Located 450 m from the beautiful beach of Pentrez, on the Crozon Peninsula, it has everything to seduce you. This house has been completely renovated: a year of work will have been required to make it cozy and functional. Perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated, it is ideal for 8 guests (6 adults max + children). She's waiting for you… The space The living room of more than 40 m2 is fully equipped to offer you all comforts (Late sofa, armchairs, throws). On the kitchen/ living room side, everything is there: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, induction plate, extractor hood... but also dishes, cookware, utensils, 10 chairs, filter and capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette, fondue, plancha... For sleeping, there are 3 large bedrooms, and a second living room. Each room is equipped with a double bed with quality bedding. And, you'll find in addition to the 3 double beds: - In bedroom 1: One bunk bed (ideal for children, from 6 years old) - In bedroom 2: A sofa bed (Extra bed of 100 x 200 cm) ideal for a child. - In the 2nd living room: A sofa bed (extra bed 140 x 190 cm) ideal for children. We provide duvets and pillows and each mattress is equipped with a cleaned protective cover between each occupant. If you wish we can provide bed linens and towels for you (extra charge: €10/bed and €5 per person for towels, to be paid on site). You'll find some board games in the living room. Storage dressers are present in each bedroom + a wardrobe and a large closet in the kitchen. Guests can enjoy a large garden with a quiet terrace without vis-à-vis, and on the street side, a terrace will allow you to enjoy the sun from the afternoon, with sea views. You will find in the house a folder on this one with all the information necessary for the smooth running of your stay + activities to do... We offer it for 8 guests but, it can accommodate up to 10 people if there are several children. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. There's also a garage, but it's not accessible to guests. It serves as storage for our personal belongings. Other things to note We can provide you with garden furniture (this one is tidy in winter but if you wish, we will put it on the terrace).
