Spacious farmhouse, with restaurant space, gym, many rooms, wood-fired oven, barbecue, swimming pool, sauna, soccer field, fishing lake, cottages, campfire place, chapel, bocce ball court, children's toys and much more. In addition, we have ducks, geese, chickens, nurseries with birds and lots of greenery. The amount included in this listing is to accommodate up to 20 people, and any additional guests will be subject to adjustment. The space The site has 7 buildings within it, but we will only rent and give access to one of the houses, the chalets, a total of 4, with a maximum capacity of 4 people each, plus an independent room also with a capacity for 4 people and another accommodation with a very nice view, with a capacity for 10 people. Everyone will have access to all other common areas. We currently accommodate up to 35 people to sleep, and if they bring a mattress, we can accommodate many more. Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas of the site, from the gym, oven, barbecue grills, swimming pools, lake, chicken coop, sauna, soccer field, etc… Other things to note Because it is a ranch, we cannot be held responsible for lack of electricity or weather issues, but rest assured that it is always very good and peaceful there. To get to the ranch, the street is paved, there is no dirt road. The price of this listing is for up to 20 people, including children. If more people are needed, just adjust with the owner.
