An IGA is right across the road, and a Woolworths metro is just one block away! Reaching the apartment is a breeze, with convenient accessibility options available. From BNE airport, you can reach South Brisbane Station (3 min walk away) or a quick 20-minute Uber drive. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere as you explore Brisbane's finest attractions, all within walking distance from my apartment. Other things to note HIGH CHAIR and PORTACOT They are available upon request for $50, which can be paid through Airbnb. Once payment is received, we will arrange for them to be set up for you. We provide regular sheets for our cot, which will be made for you. It is also recommended that you bring your own fabrics to protect your baby's sensitive and delicate skin! EXTRA LINEN, BLANKETS AND TOWELS FOR ONE EXTRA GUEST x1 +$45 upon request :) Other things to note 1. Please request approval 24 HOURS before the check-out time if you want to extend your stay. 2. An extra cleaning fee may be applied if the property does not meet the requirement of a standard cleaning service. 3. A specific penalty will be applied if the guests do not follow the house manual. 4. The guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to property caused during the stay, including the vital loss. The copy of the new key could be charged up to $280.
