Welcome to Blåsenborg. Single-family house on one floor with large patio with hot tub. Find peace in this idyllic place with lake views in proximity to mountains and hiking trails in the surrounding area. The detached house is located 10 minutes from Kvernberget Airport and 17 minutes from the city center by car. Only 7 minutes by car is Freimarka where there are opportunities for cross-country skiing in the winter and great hiking trails with Bolgavannet which is nearby. Both a travel bed and a high chair are available. Recommended to have a car. The space The listing is on one level and contains a total of three terraces on different sides of the house with a sea view that follows the sun from it rises until it sets in the summer. There is a large private parking space inside the property at the garage where it is possible to park for free. There is access to Easee electric car charger on request for a fee (2 NOK/kwt). There are four bedrooms available. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed of 150 cm bed and has an exit to the porch overlooking the sea. Bedroom 2 contains a small double bed of 120 cm with room for 1-2 guests. There is a TV with chromecast available, as well as a workspace if it is desired to retreat a little away for work. View to the sea. Bedroom 3 by the laundry room contains a double bed of 150 cm with room for 2 guests. The room has a walled TV with Apple TV available and electric walled fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. In the room there is an exercise bike and various weights. View of the garden. Bedroom 4 has a small double bed of 120 cm and one small wall hanging desk. TV with chromecast. It is possible to provide travel cot for baby upon request. The bathroom contains a shower cubicle with a high bottom tub that is perfect if you have smaller children who want to bathe. Large mirror cabinet and sink with good storage in the drawers for toiletries. Hairdryer and clean towels are available, as well as basic hygiene items such as conditioner, shampoo and hand soap. There is a separate toilet with a toilet and a wash. There is available steamer/iron and ironing board. The laundry room contains a dryer and washing machine that is available to guests during their stay. Here there is also an exit to the veranda that is used as a "breakfast veranda" in the summer when the sun is on this side in the early morning. The kitchen is new from 2022 and fully equipped with appliances and whatever you need from kitchenware to make good dishes and feel at home. From the kitchen there is an open solution towards the dining area and living room where you can enjoy the view over Bolgvågen or relax with a good movie or one of several games board games that are on the shelf on the TV bench. For the active, there are great opportunities for trips in the surrounding area, but also the possibility to use the barbell/manual and treadmill with various programs that are available in the house. There is also a TV with chromecast if you want to stream series/movies/music during your workout if it is preferable.
