Walk to the beach, unwind in the sauna, cool off in the pond and end the evening in the hot tub under the stars The space Meremõisa consists of two separate tiny houses: a main house and a sauna house. The main house includes: - an open-plan kitchen and living area; - a fireplace and air-source heat pump; - a wide double bed on the ground floor; - two separate single beds in the loft; - a smart TV; - free Wi-Fi, available only in the main house. Please note that the loft is accessed by a steep ladder. The sauna house includes: - a sauna with an electric heater; - a shower and toilet; - a loft sleeping area with two separate single beds. - a fireplace and air-source heat pump; The outdoor area includes: - a year-round hot tub kept at approximately 39°C; - a natural pond for swimming in summer and, when ice conditions allow, winter dipping through an ice hole; - a firepit with barbecue facilities; - an outdoor terrace with sun loungers, a table and chairs during the summer season. Other things to note Meremõisa is reserved exclusively for one family or group at a time. During your stay, the main house, sauna house, hot tub, pond and entire outdoor area are privately yours, and no other guests will be accommodated on the property. The hot tub is warm year-round, and its use is included in the accommodation price. The winter ice hole is available when weather and ice conditions allow and the ice hole is open. Guests travelling with children should note that the loft sleeping area is accessed by a ladder and there is a pond on the property. For their safety, children must be under constant adult supervision both indoors and outdoors.
