A cleaning option is available at a cost of €80 (to be paid on site). 📋House Rules: Any non-compliance with these rules will result in a charge of €100 upon departure. 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. 🚫⚡Charging electric vehicles is prohibited on site. 🔌 Electricity A 35 kWh per day allowance is included. Any excess is considered misuse. You will then be informed and charged upon departure at a rate of €0.26 per kWh. 🎥 Security & tranquility A video surveillance system is present only at the parking lot and the entrance. The villa is located in a quiet residential environment: respect for the neighborhood and noise levels is essential. 👥 Capacity & guests The number of guests must be specified when booking. The maximum capacity of the villa is 9 people, day or night. 🐾 Animals Please indicate the exact number of pets when making your booking. ✨ Spirit of the place This villa is a place for relaxation and conviviality. It is not suitable for events or parties. Respect for the premises and the neighborhood guarantees everyone a pleasant stay. ⚠️ Cancellation policy Any reservation made is firm and final. In the event of cancellation, no refund will be given for any reason. In case of doubt or unforeseen circumstances, we highly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking. Without this insurance, no request for a refund can be accepted.
