In the historic center of Rocca di Cambio (the highest village in the Apennines, 1434 meters above sea level) is Lostello, an accommodation facility that consists of an old building, formerly a bishop's residence, which has been recently renovated. Depending on the needs of the guests, we rent from the single room to the floor or even the entire property. It is the ideal place to enjoy the Abruzzo Apennines, both for winter sports (we are only 4 km from the ski slopes) and for its beauty. The space The room referred to in this listing is one of the two suites on the first floor that each have a private bathroom and a balcony with a wonderful view. The accommodation complex is composed as follows: On the ground floor there are a couple of hallway rooms, the reception and a living room from which you can access the reception area that consists of five rooms of various sizes. The rooms are served by two shared bathrooms and a shower that are located in a separate room. On the first floor there is the private chapel, a living room and two double bedrooms with a private bathroom with shower. In addition, also on the first floor, we have three other rooms served by two shared bathrooms and a shower that are located in a separate room. Guest access Guests can only access their rooms, unless specifically agreed. The common areas are to be used with respect for the environment and other guests. The use of the kitchen and dining room must be agreed upon in advance for a fee. Access to the other premises is strictly forbidden. Other things to note Check-in - in the event of a delay of more than half an hour from the agreed time, a surcharge of 20 euros will be charged for each hour of waiting.
