Self-contained luxury annex

The Annex is a completely private part of our house for guests exclusive use, located in the historical Kentish village of Leeds, within walking distance to stunning Leeds Castle. Located 5 minutes from J8 M20. Ideal for Leeds Castle. The Kent show ground. 35 mins drive to Eurotunnel & 50 mins to Dover ferry port. 1 hour to London via train. The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom. The space Self contained accommodation - The open plan kitchen/lounge area is cosy in the winter with additional heating from a log burning stove and equally delightful in the summer when the patio doors can be opened up to enjoy alfresco meals on the patio. Complimentary tea, coffee, and a welcome pack will be provided which will include milk, together with bread, butter and jams. The well equipped kitchen area has an induction hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery/glasses are all provided. Please note there is no oven, just the microwave and hob. The comfortable sitting room area has a sofa, arm chair and log burning stove. Books/magazine are available to read during your stay. Wifi. A door from the sitting room leads into the shower room (walk in shower). There are complimentary soaps, shampoo, conditioner and toilet rolls for your convenience. The large upstairs bedroom, with King sized bed, bedside tables/chairs/ lamps/mirror/plenty of drawer space plus hanging space in cupboard. Hairdryer. Guest access via Annex front door. There are many places of interest to visit locally including: Stunning Leeds Castle with its many events and attractions throughout the year - something for all the family whether it's walking around the grounds, having a tour of the Castle, taking the boat across the lake to visit the aviary, experience Go-Ape. We have leaflets detailing events at Leeds Castle and the many other tourist attractions throughout Kent. Sissinghurst Castle for its stunning gardens. Chapel Down - the vineyard near Tenterden who provided the bubbly for the Royal Wedding. You can book wine tasting and lunch. Hush Heath Vineyard (Balfour Winery) just outside Marden - 20 mins drive. Stunning Canterbury with the historical cathedral (Tours in various languages) Great location to visit other Kentish villages with fantastic pubs. Many great golf courses locally including Bearsted, Chart Hills, Wrotham Heath, Royal Cinque Ports, Royal St. Georges and Princes.
