Other things to note DOCUMENTS: Previously send a copy (front and back) of an official document issued by the government of your country with a photo of ALL guests. Guests who do not send the document in advance will not have access to the building due to measures stipulated by the condominium. Upon arrival, you must have the original document you sent us for proper verification by the security team. The document will be retained for a few seconds for proper verification. A photo will be taken at the time of check-in. FACIAL REGISTRATION will also be carried out to circulate in the common areas of the building. CAMERAS: All common areas and corridors of the building are monitored by cameras to ensure your safety and faithful compliance with all condominium rules. GARAGE: There is a parking space for use at no additional cost. To use, you must inform the vehicle's model and license plate before your arrival. Only pre-authorized vehicles will be allowed access to the building. GARAGE CONTROL: It must be removed upon arrival inside the apartment and left inside the apartment upon departure. FAMILY BUILDING where we do not allow parties and mess. VISITS: Visits are allowed only with prior authorization and in advance when sending documents. An extra fee is also charged for each visit (R$ 50.00). Consult us in advance =) SCHEDULE: Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and check-out must be done by 9:00 a.m. EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECKOUT: only upon AVAILABILITY of schedules, agreed in advance, and an amount of R$40.00 per hour, paid in advance. Arrange this with us at the time of your booking or during your stay for contracting. PLEASE NOTE: If the check-out time is not respected, fines may apply. LINENS: We provide a complete set of linens, including bed linens and blankets, bath and face towels, a bathroom floor rag, a floor rag and a dishcloth. DAMAGED/STAINED LINENS AND BROKEN UTENSILS: will be charged. LINEN EXCHANGE: If necessary, request the price list, place your order and schedule the exchange. SWIMMING POOL and LEISURE AREAS: No photo shoots are allowed in the swimming pool or common areas of the building. Smoking or drinking ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES in common areas, especially in the pool, is not allowed, with a fine of R$ 1,000. Loud music and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area. ITEMS: We provide in the property 1 hairdryer, 1 iron and, for your arrival, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small soap, garbage bags in the trash cans, 1 dishwashing sponge, 200 ml detergent. The guest is responsible for replacing the items, if necessary, during their stay. SERVICES: Our properties are all residential and do not include breakfast, cleaning or housekeeping services. The region is richly served with bakeries, restaurants, shopping malls and services. EXCESSIVE DIR: If the apartment is left excessively dirty, an extra cleaning fee of R$ 200.00 will be applied. LOST TAGS AND CONTROLS: R$ 100.00 each item not returned. NO SMOKING: We do not allow smoking on the property. Subject to a fine of R$ 250.00. CONDOMINIUM FINES: Fines received by the condominium related to the reservation period will be charged to the guest. FORGOTTEN ITEMS: Check when leaving, because if you have forgotten something in the place, it is not our responsibility, nor that of the cleaning team, and will not be sent by mail. VOLTAGE: 220 v. CONDOMINIUM RECREATIONAL AREAS: Seasonal tenants have access to the building's recreational areas. USE THE FOOT WASHER before entering the building if you come from the beach. PETS: When allowed, only small pets. We do not accept cats. 1 pet per stay. They cannot climb on the beds and sofa. QUIET HOURS: from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. ONLINE SERVICE: From 9 a.m. to midnight SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS: Wait at least two hours before checking in. The apartment has been prepared for your comfort, so treat it as if it were your own, enjoy your stay and the many attractions the city has to offer.
