Entertainment: 50" LED SmartTV. Guest access We are located in the Recanto da Serra condominium in Itaguara-MG. Traveling on BR 381 towards BH-SP, access is via the first turnoff after the first toll. It's 4 km between the toll and the turnaround. After this turnaround, access is via a dirt road in good condition for approximately 5 minutes. Although we are located in a rural area, there is a lot of structure nearby, and just 10 km away there is a distributor and a grocery store, supermarket, butcher shop, bakery, market, farm products store, pharmacy, etc. It is a true refuge in the countryside that has the structure of a city.
