Can be used as a 3bdr w/office or the office is easily changed into 4th bedroom w/queen bed. 8 min to downtown and airport. Living room with 65” TV, high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area. Large backyard w/firepit, BBQ and amazing views. The best part is the outdoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding or soaking up the stunning views/northern lights. The space This Airbnb promises an epic experience! Conveniently located only a few minutes away from recreational options like the Canada Games Centre that has indoor ice skating, pool, soccer, a gym and a running track. Right next to the CGC is world class skiing and biking trails at Mt. Mcintyre. Only a couple minutes away is Bigway Foods grocery store and the neightbourhood favourite pub The Ridge which offers excellent food. Walking into the main floor you'll find the large open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals and you can dine on the large kitchen bar or the beautiful live edge wood dining table. There is a Keurig coffee machine capable of brewing single cup or 12 cup carafe of coffee. Coffee is provided for your stay! Relax and recharge on the oversized sectional couch while watching any of the streaming services on the 65" Samsung TV. Also on the main floor is a full bathroom with shower/tub and the 4th bdrm/office. The 4th bedroom can be used as a bedroom with a comfy queen sized futon (mattress topper provided for extra comfort), or as an office with a dedicated workspace if you're looking to work from home. If you're looking for some fun, there is a great selection of indoor and outdoor games provided! Our airbnb is perfect for the business traveller, or for a group of friends or family. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms including the primary bedroom that has a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and door to the attached, private upper deck overlooking the backyard with mountain views to the side. The 2nd bedroom has another king sized bed, with another desk/work area and the 3rd bedroom boasts a queen. All beds have cozy down bedding with soft cotton sheets and custom blackout blinds for that never-ending Yukon summer sun! Luggage racks are provided. There is also a 3rd full bathroom and a laundry area with washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Laundry detergent provided! Outside you'll find the huge backyard with designated fire pit and outdoor dining option including BBQ. The house backs onto a green space so the backyard feels extra private. Just outside the door is the amazing Arctic Spa hot tub! Come back "home" after a big day of exploring Whitehorse and relax and unwind in the hot tub. There are 3 large private parking spots at the back of the house with back lane access and also ample street parking in the front. We can't wait for you to experience Mountain Haus!
