The lower level features its own private apartment to provide privacy between guests, featuring a bedroom, recreation/ great room with efficiency kitchenette, table and chairs and a full bath with tub. The great room has a pull out and a futon with TV and gaming console. You need to contact us before booking if you are interested in our additional space. Just next door is the Burdett Hill Barn on an additional 4 acres. The BHB features a massive upper level party space that seats up to 100 guests inside with a huge bar, two large decks, two accessible bathrooms and fantastic lake views. The lower level of the BHB offers a large recreation room with games, another wet bar, lounge area and billiard room. There are two additional bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen and dining area. The barn is located on the property to the south of the house and is available for $1900/weekend night-$1000 each additional night plust the cleaning fee that will be discussed. If renting entire property there is room for 50 cars. Other things to note If you are booking the wedding venue on the same property there is a barn apartment below as a bridal suit.
