The kitchen space features a four-burner stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, pots, baking sheets, crockery and various cutlery. Great hot shower. Fiber optic Wi-Fi. Spring water. The space The loft is located in one of the oldest estates in the region, where the exterior scenes of the novel Escrava Isaura were filmed. Today, our work is mainly oriented to the ecological restoration, focusing on the replanting of the Atlantic Forest. It is the only such initiative in the area. You can contact the hostess for details and project steps, as well as visit our native seedling garden that will be planted on the property. We are also a sanctuary for both elderly animals and native fauna, which we seek to preserve and complex, bringing conditions for their growth. We offer you a space of approximately 50,000 m² fully pet friendly and eco friendly. Our proposal is a complete immersion in nature. You will be able to stroll, run, or eat your meals on the edge of the water, at the beautiful table of miners, enjoying the singing of birds or the starry sky! For this, in addition to all the cooking utensils, we offer a portable barbecue, a lamp, a beautiful plaid towel and a picnic basket! In the loft you will find 200 thread cotton bedding, blankets, duvets, bath towels and Buddemeyer face. The kitchen space features a gas stove with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cutlery, various utensils, baking pans, American games, glasses of water, beer, wine glasses, and champagne glasses. To support the preparation of your meals, we provide Himalayan pink salt, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, and also paper towels, aluminum foil and pvc film. All the water that circulates with abundance in the Villa, including the one that is directed to the loft, comes directly and exclusively from one of the several sources of the property. You'll be surprised by this difference! The local fauna, which we seek to preserve, includes most of the animals of the Atlantic forest, but you will also live with some of our sanctuary animals: cows or horses. During the day or night out, this proximity renews the soul! For your safety, the outside environment is lit up at night, a delicate lighting, which does not harm the eyes or nature and we have camera monitoring. The excellent internet, by optical fiber, allows for fast connection. Also in order to your safety, our doorwoman is always closed. Although situated in rural area, the Villa is only 800 meters from the historic center of Conservatory. You can walk by car or, if necessary, you can count on the city's taxi service. Another possibility, we can indicate guides who offer tours including the visit to Serra da Beleza or itineraries of the Vale do Café, such as visiting the historic farms or Quilombo São José.
