Charming loft located on an old rural property. Outdoor area of 50,000 m². Integrated interior: bedroom/kitchen and bathroom. It has a comfortable double bed (200-thread-count cotton sheets, blankets and comforters, towels), a closet wardrobe with drawers and hangers. The kitchen space features a four-burner stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, pots, baking sheets, crockery and various cutlery. Great hot shower. Fiber optic Wi-Fi. Spring water. The space The loft is located in one of the oldest properties in the region, where the exterior scenes of the soap opera Escrava Isaura were filmed. Today, our work is mainly oriented towards ecological restoration, focusing on the replanting of the Atlantic Forest. It is the only initiative of its kind in the region. You can contact the host to learn about the details and stages of the project, as well as visit our garden of native seedlings that will be planted on the property. We are also a sanctuary for both elderly animals and native fauna, which we seek to preserve and complexify, bringing conditions for their growth. We provide you with a space of approximately 50,000 m² that is fully pet friendly and eco friendly. Our proposal is a complete immersion in nature. You can walk, run, or dine at the edge of the reservoir, at the beautiful table of Minas Gerais sleepers, enjoying the birds singing or the starry sky! For this, in addition to all the kitchen utensils, we offer a portable barbecue, a lantern, a beautiful plaid towel and a picnic basket! In the loft, you will find 200-thread cotton bedding, blankets, comforters, bath towels and Buddemeyer face towels. The kitchen space features a gas stove with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, assorted utensils, baking sheets, American games, water and beer glasses, wine and champagne glasses. To support the preparation of your meals, we provide Himalayan pink salt, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, as well as paper towels, aluminum foil and PVC film. Of course, you can count on dish towels and napkins. Another point is the quality of our water. All the water that circulates in abundance in the Vivenda, including the water directed to the loft, comes directly and exclusively from one of the property's several springs. You'll be amazed by this difference! The local fauna, which we seek to preserve, includes a good part of the animals of the Atlantic Forest, but you will also live with some of our sanctuary animals: cows or horses. During the day or at night, this proximity renews the soul! For your safety, the external environment is illuminated at night, with delicate lighting that does not harm the eyes or nature, and we have camera monitoring. The excellent internet, by fiber optic, allows a fast connection. Also for your safety, our gate is always closed. Although located in a rural area, Vivenda is just 800 meters from the historic center of Conservatória. You can walk, drive, or, if necessary, count on the city's taxi service. Another possibility is to suggest guides who offer tours, including a visit to Serra da Beleza or Coffee Valley itineraries, such as a visit to historic farms or Quilombo São José.
