Welcome to your home away from home in Cary, NC! Our fully renovated 3 bedroom home in Cary is located within 5 minutes of 540, US 1, and Hwy 64, with 20 min access to RDU. The space Our 1344 sq ft home can sleep up to 6 guests, with 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds. The master bedroom is connected with the full bathroom upstairs, which is also shared with the other two bedrooms. For guests with younger kids/babies, we have a pack-n-play and booster seat high chair provided for you. Our home also features wifi, games, two smart TV's, a fully equipped kitchen, and gas firepit! This quaint Cary suburb is a stone's throw to many great and unique shops and restaurants for you to enjoy! There are also a number of beautiful greenways and parks nearby where you can walk, play, and enjoy nature. These parks also include pickleball/tennis courts, playgrounds, basketball courts, and baseball fields. Guest access Guests will have the whole home to themselves. There is a two-car limit for the property, and cars should be parked in the driveway. A specialized code will be sent to you at check-in time to enter into the keypad on the front door of the home. Other things to note ***Absolutely no parties/events/gatherings! This means **no other guests beyond the ones registered on your reservation**, no loud music, etc. We are very serious about this. This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with respectful neighbors. Please book elsewhere if you are wanting to host a party or gathering (more than the number of guests on your reservation). Absolutely no pets or smoking anywhere on the property. Also, the fireplace is for decoration only. **Breaking any of these rules will result in a $500 fine.** The property is monitored by an outdoor security camera. We provide a starting set of consumables for each stay. If you are staying more than 2-3 days, you will need to provide your own consumables such as toilet paper, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent, soap, etc.
