The space This lovely room and house is a 7-day minimum rental. Having the longer term rental commonality amongst tennants creates mutual respect, which in turn makes for peaceful living conditions. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, except for other tenant bedrooms. During your stay Guests are able to call or text my cell phone anytime. I like to give guests space. Other things to note Provided are paper products such as paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, tissues, trash bags, dish and hand soaps, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, ziploc products, alt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, half and half, sugar and substitutes and teas.
