Our charming 5BR, 3BA home in a quiet cul-de-sac accommodates up to 16 guests! The space Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will see a staircase on the right and a dining room on the left. Off the dining room, there is a door leading to the kitchen and laundry area. On the left of the dining room is a hallway leading to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Walk straight from the main entrance to the living room with a decorative fireplace and sofa bed. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and another bathroom. Outside, a charcoal grill, covered patio with outdoor furniture, and a large fenced backyard. Pack-N-Play available upon request. Vacuum available upon request. Guest access The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Other things to note We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
