Our family run 1-star guesthouse is idyllically situated at 700 metres above sea level, in a wonderful panoramic location, surrounded by meadows and forests. An ideal retreat to escape the stress of everyday life and enjoy the tranquillity of nature. Sporting activities: swimming, tennis, volleyball, table tennis, mountain walks and much more. Only 20 minutes by car from Bolzano, ideal starting point for excursions throughout South Tyrol (free Bolzano Guest Card). ONLY ACCESSIBLE BY CAR !!! The space Our rooms are simple and functional. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and WC (no bidet). TV, kitchenette and fridge are not available. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. There are single, double and multi-bed rooms available, some with terrace/balcony. The 3 rooms on the 1st floor have direct access to the communal terrace. Room cleaning from the 4th day of stay - further cleaning on request and for a fee (no cleaning on Saturday and Sunday). The local tax of € 2.00 per person per night is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on site. Breakfast (including bread, butter, jam, coffee, milk, tea, cereals, natural yoghurt, fruit juice, cold meats and/or cheese platter) is served from 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. (partly buffet, partly table service) and can be booked at a cost of 10,00 € per person per night. Reduction for children in the parents' bedroom (valid for 2 full-paying adults) FREE up to the 2nd birthday up to the 7th birthday 50% discount up to the 14th birthday 20% reduction Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. Price per night on request. Check in and check out: - Rooms are available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. - Earlier arrivals and arrivals after 8.00 pm are only possible by prior arrangement. - Check-in is not possible before 11.00 am and between 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm. On the day of departure we request that you vacate your room by 10.00 a.m. at the latest. Means of payment: We accept cash, credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) & cash machines. No cheques. ATTENTION: We are located in the middle of nature and can only be reached by car. The nearest public transport, restaurants, cafes and shops are in the nearest village (about 5 km down the mountain road).
