Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Very close to the well-known shopping center La Vie in yhe Funchal city centre, you will be at the centre of it all. Close by, you have all the traditional restaurants and a few minutes away you have the beach, where you can take a walk and breathe in the pure air. You will be able to see all the Christmas lights and see the famous fireworks on the 31st December. With good access to public transport, you can go anywhere in the island. The space The ground floor comprises a living room, master bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, along with a dining area furnished with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, and towels as well as bed linen are provided for your convenience. Upstairs, there is a bedroom furnished with two single beds, along with access to a private terrace. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). An Accommodation Bulletin is also required to be completed during your stay; you are required to provide your personal details and of all guests 18 years old or over. This will be collected once guests depart. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nights stay/ 14€ per person. Since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a longstanding law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese who use that accommodation. This law has been brought into force in Portugal and most other EU countries at some point since the gradual implementation of the 1990 Schengen Agreement that aims to stop human trafficking and other illegal practices. In this case, it is specifically Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the Alojamento Local law in Portugal that has brought this rule into sharper focus. The governing body that monitors the movement of foreigners is SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras / Immigration and Borders Service). Registration Details 176181/AL
