CASA BELLA is perfect for those that want a quiet vacation in a small beach town! Large, 2-story, 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Esterillos Oeste. This stylish home is newly renovated and has a large and private Balinese style pool and lounging deck and is fully equipped with everything for a perfect stay in a quiet beach town. The entire large property, home and pool is yours to enjoy on your own. It is just a 10 min. walk to the expansive Esterillos beach. The space Our large two-story, two bedroom, two bathroom, modern-style house sits on a private, secure and quiet residential lot. You will have the entire house, property and pool to yourselves. You can enjoy the jungle view and breeze from the second floor balcony and the large pool in your backyard. You can walk 10 minutes down the hill and you are on the beach. The downstairs has a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, outdoor dining area, outdoor "living-room" area, and a full bathroom. The private, Balinese style pool is gorgeous and large with underwater benches and sun-shelves to stay cool and comfortable while in the water. Stairs lead to a separate, locked entrance on the second floor. Here you will find a work space (desk), living room with a TV, a large bathroom, and two bedrooms. The Primary bedroom boasts a King bed and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms have efficient A/C units but a cool jungle breeze and ceiling fans also make the rooms comfortable if you don't like A/C. There is a Smart TV which you can sign in to any of your own personal streaming apps to use. Guest access The hill to the house is gravel and could be difficult for people unaccustomed to driving on gravel roads. A 4x4 is recommended but not necessary if you’re accustomed to gravel roads. You have the entire property, house and pool to yourselves. Parking is secure and onsite. The house is a 10 minute walk to the expansive Esterillos beach and a 15-20 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) to the supermarkets and restaurants in town. Other things to note It is important to note that Esterillos Oeste is a small and quaint beach town/fishing village. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature, the ocean and the beach. We are about a 1/2 hour drive to Jaco which is a bustling town with night life and multiple restaurants and shops.
