Brand new two-bedroom apartment in Torin Laida

A two-bedroom apartment on the outskirts of Turku, completed in 2023, with a stunning lake view. This place offers an easy and carefree accommodation experience for all types of travelers. The accommodation includes everything you need for both a short and a longer stay. The apartment is allergen-free! The apartment includes a sauna, towels, a drying washing machine, a dishwasher, cooking utensils, basic spices, Wi-Fi, Netflix and a ready-made double bed. Coffee and tea are also included in the price. Welcome! The space The stylishly decorated apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom and a dining table for four. The kitchen also has plenty of dishes. Wine glasses too! The bedroom has a 160 cm wide, ready-made double bed. The living room has a 55" smart TV and a fold-out sofa bed (sleeping space 150x200 cm). Dimmable curtains can be drawn on the glass doors on the balcony. The bathroom has a 3-4 seater sauna and a drying washing machine. Guest access The apartment building can be accessed from the main door of the A stairwell on Torikatu (Torikatu 19A) with the code given to the guest. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, to the right of the elevator. A code lock has been installed in the apartment, to which I will give you a personal code before check-in. There is also a shared roof terrace on the 5th floor, where guests are allowed to stay. Video check-in instructions will be provided to the guest at least one day before the trip. More detailed written instructions for the visit will be provided at the time of check-in. Other things to note Hygiene products are allergen-free. Neutral, fragrance-free products are used for laundry and cleaning. Parking: There is a coin parking lot right in front of the apartment between 8 am and 6 pm (Sat 8 am - 3 pm) and free outside of these hours. Right next to the apartment, on the edge of the market, there is also a parking garage, which is chargeable (€14/day) and right on the other side of the apartment, there is K-Citymarket parking, which costs €1/2h at these times: Mon-Fri 8-16 Sat 8 am - 3 pm Outside of this, the Citymarket parking lot is free, but the parking garage is only accessible between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. (Sun 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.). However, the car can be left in the garage for the night. There are also disc parking spaces in the vicinity of the apartment and free street parking spaces around the clock about 400 m away.
