This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. This house is located in the village of Pakoštane, between Zadar and Šibenik. A beautiful swimming pool has just been built this year, 2023. The pool is shared with the 2 apartments. Owner lives on site too. Pool size: 7 m * 5 m * 1.46 m. = 35 m2. Charming house located in a very quiet alley 600 m from the sea and 400 m from a grocery store. Free Wi-Fi. The space You will really love the calm and the garden with lawn and flowers (the land is enclosed!). Mérica speaks German. Pets are allowed up to 5 kg maximum (notify at the time of booking), barbecue available in the garden, possibility of providing a baby bed, private parking, air conditioning, towels provided. On the ground floor, it's very nice to be in front of this beautiful garden and to be able to let the children run there!!
