By booking the rooms of our house you will be quiet on the edge of the city, in a cul-de-sac overlooking gardens and the Sèvre. Unique hosts, you will enjoy the garden: hammocks & terrace, the living room: fireplace, TV & board games, and kitchen with a large glass roof and stove. The hosts are on the 1st floor near the shared bathroom. Desk in the sienna ocher room, 2 kayaks & bicycles The space The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, between gardens and the Sèvre. It is on 3 levels, the guest rooms are on the 1st floor. On the ground floor, a living room with fireplace with terrace access, a large extension (kitchen & dining room) with a pellet stove overlooks the garden and accesses the terrace. Everything was renovated and redecorated in 2021-2023. ⚠️ We have a young, medium-sized dog, sometimes reactive, who navigates between the garden and the kitchen, and a cat. Guest access Guests have access to the ground floor kitchen, dining room, living room, terrace and garden. On the first floor, the bathroom is near their bedroom(s). During your stay Guests can reach me by text or phone Other things to note I know the Poitevin marsh well and offer 2 kayaks as well as 2 bikes to explore it. (rentals: €15/day + deposits) The staircase is not protected for children learning to walk. We have a medium-sized dog, who goes back and forth between the garden and the kitchen
