The house in which this bright and high-quality furnished apartment is located - one of only two apartments - was built in 2023 in the typical style of the region as a captain's house with red clinker and a third gable. Located directly behind the dike, the house offers tranquility and relaxation due to its location, somewhat outside the hustle and bustle in a grown neighborhood. The short walk to the local retail and numerous restaurants completes this location. The furnishings of the apartment should leave nothing to be desired: from the egg cooker, to the coffee and dishwasher, to the washing machine, you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation. And if you arrive by e-car, you can charge it in your own parking spaces in front of the house at our charging station. The "Hafenblick" offers a living room/kitchen with high-quality built-in furniture, a cozy dining area and floor-to-ceiling windows through which you can easily access the balcony - enjoy your dinner outdoors in the fresh sea air in fine weather. This is a vacation on the East Frisian North Sea coast. In the large garden, which is shared by the two houses, Osterdeich 38 and Osterdeich 38a, there is a separate sauna house. You can relax wonderfully here and wander into the distance. Especially in autumn and winter, the pleasant warmth after an extensive coastal walk is simply incredibly soothing. Our tip: A challenging mudflat hike from Nessmersiel harbor to Baltrum and then 2 hours with a well-kept beer or a nice wine in the whirlpool to get your tired legs back on track. A day like that feels like a whole week's vacation.
