The space 🌿 Gîte des Deux L – Comfort, quiet and friendliness Welcome to the Gîte des Deux L, a fully renovated, single-story accommodation, located in the heart of a quiet and pleasant village. Whether you are on a business trip, passing through the region, on a family visit, or on the Way of St. James, our cottage offers you a comfortable and functional setting to fully enjoy your stay. 📍 Convenient location The cottage is ideally located: * Close to the Clastres motor racing circuit * Located on the Way of St. James * Close to shops and surrounding towns * Quick access to the main roads and highways A mobile grocery store also passes through the village every morning, except on Wednesdays, between 9:30 AM and 10 AM. You can buy bread, pastries, and various groceries and necessities there. The truck signals its arrival by honking its horn. 🌳 A private and convenient outdoor area The gite has an outdoor area of about 300 m², fully enclosed, ideal for enjoying the sunny days or parking your vehicles with peace of mind. You can park there: * Vehicle * Motorbike * Camper * Van * Trailer or platter A carport is also available to shelter your vehicle. To enjoy your meals or relaxing moments outdoors, you will also find garden furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol. For the barbecue, just remember to bring your charcoal. 🏡 A fully equipped interior The gîte has been furnished to provide you with all the comforts you need during your stay. 🍽️ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with: * Air fryer * Microwave * Fridge / deep freezer * Gas baking sheet * Hood * Hot water kettle * Senseo coffee maker * toaster * Raclette machine * Pizza maker * Dishes, utensils and kitchenware All you have to do is plan your meals! 🛋️ 30m2 living room A large, friendly living room will allow you to gather around a meal or simply relax. It includes: * A dining area * A sofa bed * A TV with standard channels * Free Wi-Fi * Board games * A dartboard * Documentation about the surrounding area * Air Conditioning The TV does not have a subscription to Netflix or other streaming platforms. 🛏️ Room The large bedroom can be furnished according to your needs: 3x Singles or 1 single bed + 1 double bed, consisting of two single beds placed close together 📌 Please let us know the desired layout before your arrival, so that we can prepare the room according to your request. A wardrobe with hangers is also available to guests. 🚿 Bathroom and amenities * Shower room * Separate WC * Washing machine Just remember to bring your own laundry liquid if you want to use the washing machine. A cleaning fee is indicated when you request a booking. It includes cleaning and bed sheets. The beds are made upon your arrival. Price according to the number of people. Towels are available as an option. 🔑 Check-in and Check-out To give you more freedom, check-in and check-out can be done independently using a secure lockbox. If you wish and if we are available, we can also welcome you personally. Check-in times can be adjusted upon request before your stay, depending on our availability. 🧹 Before you leave To help us prepare the place for the next guests, we simply ask that you: * Place your garbage in the containers provided outside * Turn off heating or air conditioning * Empty the barbecue if it was used * Empty the ashtray if it has been used * Please leave the accommodation in a good state of cleanliness. A glass container is about a 50-meter walk from the cottage. Please do not put glass in the accommodation's trash cans. ⚠️ Some important information As the vacation rental is located in the heart of the village, parties and evening gatherings are not allowed. We want to preserve the peace and quiet of the place, both for our guests and for the residents of the village. Other things to note Upon your arrival, the beds are made (according to the bed layout agreed upon beforehand) Dishwashing liquid/1 dish towel/1 roll of toilet paper and a few coffee/tea pods are at your disposal.
