The space Completely renovated gîte – Comfort & tranquillity at Gîte des 2 L We welcome you to a single-storey accommodation, offering all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay, in a quiet village. Air-conditioned space Every morning (except Wednesday), a mobile grocery store passes between 9:30 am and 10:00 am. You will find fresh bread, pastries as well as groceries and basic necessities. 📍 Great location: Close to the Clastres Circuit On the Way to the Way of St James Close to towns, shops and motorways 🌳 Private and secure outdoor area The gîte has an enclosed plot of about 300 m², ideal for: Welcome your pets🐾 Park your vehicles (car, motorcycle, motorhome, van, trailer, etc.) A carport is also available to shelter your vehicle. There are also several free parking spaces right in front of the gîte. You will enjoy a garden lounge with barbecue and parasol for your moments of relaxation outdoors. 👉 Just remember to bring your charcoal. 🏡 Comfortable and fully equipped interior: In the kitchen you will find: Air fryer / Microwave / Fridge / Freezer Gas hob & hood Kettle / Senseo coffee maker / Toaster Raclette and pizza appliances Dishes and full utensils 🛋 A living room of about 30 m² that provides a convivial dining area Sofa bed Television with classic channels (no Netflix subscription) FREE WIFI Board games & tourist information 🛏 A spacious room with a modular configuration: 3x Singles or 1 single bed + 1 double bed (2 single beds pushed together) 👉 Please let us know the desired layout before your arrival. Wardrobe with hangers 🚿 The shower room Washing machine (bring your own washing powder) Separate WC Beds are made on arrival and one towel per person is provided. Housekeeping and wifi included. We just ask that you return the accommodation in a clean condition. 🔑 Check In & Check Out Self-contained via key box or physical reception possible depending on availability Flexible hours on request (to be specified before your stay) 🧹 Before you leave Thank you just for: Take out your rubbish in the outside containers Turn off heating or air conditioning Empty the barbecue and/or ashtray if used A glass collection bin is located 50 metres from the gîte (glass is not allowed in the accommodation's bins). ⚠️ Parties are not allowed, as the accommodation is located in the heart of the village. Our gîte is fully equipped: you only have to bring your meals and your personal belongings.
