Security Deposit - if you damage the home you will be charged for the repairs and/or replacement of such items. *Outside surveillance. •Our Rental policies and practices enhance our ability to offer quality accommodations and hospitality services. •Gulf Highlands Resort provides family oriented vacation accommodations and we will not rent to vacationing students or young adults under-age of 24. • If you bring more guests than you claim you will be asked to leave and you will forfeit your deposit. • For us to keep low prices, we request that you do not drop the temperature below 68 degrees in the summer months. •Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees and removal of the premises. •No subletting, person that made a booking must be present at the check-in and be on the property entire stay. •Absolutely NO SMOKING/Vaporing/Hookahs, not any kind of tobacco within the premises. NO smoking on the wooden porch. • No parties. No more than 6 people allowed in the house per HOA. •Every child over two years of age needs to be counted as part of the group and will be charged the same amount as an adult. •Only 2 assigned parking spaces available. •No boats, trailers or commercial vehicles allowed in the community. •No street legal golf carts allowed in the community per amended Gulf Highlands rules. •Quiet time after 10PM. No parties, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host. •Cleaning fee is only for regular departure clean, the house must be left in good condition, there will be charges for any excessive cleaning. •Check-in after 4PM, check out by 10AM. It's a two-story townhouse with living, dining and kitchen area downstairs and 2 bedrooms/2 full baths upstairs, half bath downstairs. Other things to note Furry Friends Welcome! At our cozy short-term rental, we're delighted to extend a warm welcome not only to our guests but also to their beloved furry companions. We understand that pets are part of the family, and we're thrilled to offer a pet-friendly environment for your stay. As part of our pet policy, we kindly ask for a small pet fee to ensure that we can maintain our rental space in tip-top shape for all guests, including those with allergies or sensitivities. This fee helps cover additional cleaning costs and ensures that our accommodations remain pristine for every visitor's enjoyment. PLEASE NOTE this fee does not cover damages. Issues such as but not limited to; soiling on rugs, chewing up furniture, excessive cleaning etc. will be charged to the guest. To avoid such damages, dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
