No more than 6 people allowed in the house per HOA. •Every child over two years of age needs to be counted as part of the group and will be charged the same amount as an adult. •Only 2 assigned parking spaces available. •No boats, trailers or commercial vehicles allowed in the community. •No street legal golf carts allowed in the community per amended Gulf Highlands rules. •Quiet time after 10PM. No parties, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host. •Cleaning fee is only for regular departure clean, the house must be left in good condition, there will be charges for any excessive cleaning. •You will forfeit your deposit and asked to leave for breaking any of the above rules. •Check-in after 4PM, check out by 10AM.
