Charrúa Village (the tree house)

This cabin shares land (900m2) with two others. Excellent location. One block from La Bajada 1 in La Floresta. 200 meters from the beach and the mouth of the Solís Chico Creek. A MOVIE-LIKE place. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hot water, grill, balcony. Maximum 4 people. 51.5 km from Montevideo, 5 km from Atlantis and 50 km from Piriápolis approximately. The space Safe, Free and Quiet. Rustic yet comfortable. At the height of the aromatic Eucalyptus trees, you can live with all the diversity of birds in the area (friendly Chingolos, Benteveos, Picaflor, Torcazas, etc.) It is very peaceful and with a very nice neighborhood. One block from Bajada 1 where the Solís Chico stream, with white sand and crystal clear water next to the beach, complete a movie-like setting. Guest access 300 sq. meters of land, grill, balcony terrace, garage and the entire cabin. Vehicle entry with other similar cabins that are 30 meters away (between them) Other things to note Prices include electricity, gas, and water. Cleaning items (such as toilet paper, detergent, etc.) found in the accommodation are a courtesy of the house to facilitate the visitor's arrival, they are not considered part of the service. Sheets, covers, and towels are also not part of the service. If you want these items, you'll need to specifically request them from the host. The TV is 40", it has an HDMI cable for your computer. You can also connect your personal computer. It does not have cable channels, only some air channels.
