Walkable to everything in town, this gem seamlessly blends comfort and coastal charm, promising an unforgettable getaway. The space As you step onto the ground floor, a spacious entryway welcomes you into this seaside haven. Discover a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and little coffee bar for those who like to start the morning with a fresh brew. A cozy bedroom features a queen bed, closet, an abundance of natural light streaming through windows, and a collection of books and games. Step outside onto the wrap around deck and take a deep breath as you soak in the fresh island air. There is also a covered car port for your convenience. Venture upstairs to find a bright and airy open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows. The living area has ample seating for 6 and a large TV. The dining area seamlessly flows into a chef's dream kitchen complete with a granite island and every imaginable amenity for cooking and entertaining. From every angle you will enjoy the views of water. Down the hall, a generously sized bedroom, featuring a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and sunset water views. The adjacent full bathroom has a large walk-in shower, ensuring a touch of luxury during your stay. For your convenience, the upstairs also holds a washer and dryer. Relax in the swing, gather with family and friends around the firepit, or unwind in one of six Adirondack chairs. Guest access There are 4 stairs to enter the home on the first floor. Guests will need to go up another flight of stairs to access the second floor where the kitchen and main living area are.
