Amazing two-story house nestled high up in the trees. A true treehouse! This treehouse sits amongst a forest of poplar trees and feels very secluded and private. It has spectacular views of Kentucky’s rolling hills as it looks out across the valley. This treehouse was hand built and handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min). The space We have designed this treehouse to be as user-friendly and accessible to as many people as possible. This treehouse was built with comfort, quality, and safety in mind. There are 18 lighted steps that take you up into this magical treehouse. There is a large deck that overlooks a beautiful valley in which you can enjoy your morning coffee on or watch the sunset in the evenings as God paints the sky in beautiful colors. Inside, you can lounge upon the couch in the evenings, while enjoying the flickering of a fireplace and your favorite movie. The kitchen has a two burner range-top with plenty of pots and pans and utensils to cook anything you like. A spiral staircase (not ladder) will take you up into the loft where you will find the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a super comfortable hybrid pillow top mattress. There is also a sitting area you can relax and read a book while enjoying views high up in the trees. When you’re ready for bed, just the click of one button and blackout screens will magically come down and cover all of the windows. Pamper yourself in a spa like bathroom, which features a 5 foot walk-in shower with dual rainfall showerheads, a regular showerhead and a handheld shower wand. There is an instant water heater, which means that you will have an endless supply of hot water! This treehouse sits upon 30 acres. We have trails that you are welcome to explore or go fishing out on the pond. It is a stocked pond with catfish up to 20 pounds and 14 to 16 pound bass amongst other fish. There are also paddleboats that you are welcome to take out. And for those of you that need to work, we have high-speed fiber Internet to keep you connected. Guest access You are welcome anywhere on our property. Guests have access to all of the trails throughout the property, the pond, the paddle boats, fishing poles and equipment, and the outdoor game area. Other things to note Other things to note: There are several other cabins on this property. My family and my parents live here. We do also Airbnb a small tiny house with its own driveway, tucked into the woods down by the pond. We do have a couple of dogs that are very friendly. Their names are Hunter and Echo.
