Other things to note Exterior has security cameras Verification Portal: To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check. Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored. By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification. We'll also place a temporary hold on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly. Pest Control: We also perform regular pest control to keep the space comfortable, but since we’re in Florida, you might occasionally encounter a critter or two. Pet Fee/s: We’re happy to welcome pets! The pet fee is $150 for one pet for the entire stay. If you’re bringing a second pet, please let us know in advance.
